The term ‘integrity management’ has been getting a lot of attention recently among governance stakeholders and you might be wondering whether this is another case of old wine in new bottles. Haven’t we as governance professionals always been managing integrity issues albeit under a different rubric?

公会于2025年6月6日在香港会议展览中心(HKCEC)举行的第26届企业规管最新发展研讨会(ACRU)，再次获得踊跃参与，线上线下参会者超过2,300名。虽然本期会刊后续文章会对当天的研讨进行全面回顾，但我想借此机会更广泛地探讨一下，ACRU是如何协同我们近期在持续专业发展(CPD)课程方面的创新，契合公会支持会员为其董事提供一流培训的整体战略。
